I was recommended by my neighbor. It's very simple to use after the MacSteer team showed me how to set the AB line. The system is pretty user-friendly. With the sprayer’s 90-foot booms, it’s just like with the tractors we use for planting. Once you make the U-turn and hit auto, even from 20 feet away from the line, it drives right over and lines up perfectly, then takes off straight ahead. Turning and lining up is effortless. It helps me get more out of the sprayer, and I never miss a spot. The system is more accurate than a human driver. The overlap is precise, so no chemicals or fertilizer are wasted, which saves me a lot of time. Since it automatically drives to the line and goes straight, I believe it’s going to cut down on inefficiencies quite a bit.

We put the MacSteer system on our 125A tractor right before hay season here in Minnesota. Honestly, we thought it would be a bigger job, but my dad installed it himself right on the farm without much trouble.
